What a patrol night produces
Three steps, every week, the same way.
Consistency is the whole product. A record is only useful if the one before it and the one after it were captured identically.
STEP 01
Patrol
An overnight sweep of every street, lot, and designated space in the community — typically between 2:00 and 4:00 AM, when the parking picture is real rather than aspirational.
STEP 02
Document
Each vehicle is photographed with a burned-in timestamp and GPS fix. Plate, state, make, model, color, and location are read from the photograph — not from memory or a clipboard.
STEP 03
Deliver
You receive a spreadsheet and PDF with the full log, a dashboard summary, repeat-vehicle tracking, and a linked photo folder. Repeat offenders surface automatically across weeks.
